Alan Savory; Deregulation, Neoliberal Economics and Monopoly Do Not Work!

 

 

I was listening to a podcast of an interview with Alan Savory who is one of the people behind the movement to reverse desertification and climate change using managed herds of grazing animals. Managing them in a way that results in a better grazing situation if done well. If we would like to have the USA be a better country we will have to manage it better. It is up to all of us. Democracy is not a spectator sport. We have to have representatives that are responsible to the people they are supposed to represent. It's up to we the people to set this straight. Contact your representatives. Get active.

Many of the political, business, and social problems in our society are a result of a lack of actively managing the situations and problems in our country. It is the responsibility of Congress Article 1 Section 8 to regulate. Since the beginning of deregulation in the early 80s under Ronald Reagan, the controls on monopoly, the Saving and Loan Scandal, the Black Monday event in the stock markets. Then the consolidation of the media and money in media ownership have created one disaster after another. Then the removal of the Glass-Stegal act by the republicans and Clinton in the 90s, along with the NAFTA agreements, made the whole situation worse except for a few very rich people and corporations. The economy and society have become much more unstable, or outright volatile, the dot.com bomb, the mortgage banking crash of 08, the housing crises, the Crypto disasters, etc, etc. The lie of deregulation being good for the economy or people, pushed since the Reagan administration is just a plain old disaster.

Noe-Liberal economics is now thoroughly discredited. Offshoring jobs and production just created more inequality and damaged the stability of society in America.

It is the responsibility of Congress to regulate according to Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution of the United States

Insurectionist Barred from Office. Yea New Mexico! Is It Time to End The Republican Party?

 Its about time the people behind the January Sixth Insurrection be stopped from running from office. The courts in New Mexico made it official today. I was born and grew up in New Mexico. Both My mom and dad were members of the republican party. The Republicans in New Mexico back then, were more like the Democrats were like in the Clinton era in My opinion. I had a lot of respect for the Republican leadership back then. I do not know what happened to there ideals or morals. Sure hope they can get it together or get of the public stage. They have sold the American people out to the giant corporation or just become fascists.

The New Mexico Democrats were very progressive even back then. More like the Bernie branch of the Democratic party are now. Its time for an all out landslide for the Dems in this Midterm Election. Give the Crazy supporters of the insurrection a few years to cool off and rethink what this country is really about. We might just have to get a new party to replace that crazy type of corruption if they refuse to change.

I was Wondering how we got here?

   Everyone's rights are at risk. The overturning of Roe v Wade is just the start. Then several more decision from the SCOTUS that were all over the map, or were they? Is the beginning of or a continuing agenda by the new conservative majority. A religious autocracy with a majority of one religious view overriding the Constitution.

    Unless “We the People” stop it.

The First Amendment says;

AMENDMENT #1

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

    It now looks like some of the Justices do not get what “no law respecting an establishment of religion” or the next part; or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;

    There is a fine line, a gray area between the two ideas. That is where most of the courts have made decisions from historically. Most people with any reasonable critical thinking skills would probably understand this gray area. It looks like we have crossed into something like a Theocracy. Half a dozen black robed priests. They say they know what the founding fathers of our nation were thinking at the time of the founding of our republic. A new cult called Original-ism, of Textual-ism. That's all we need is some more weird ISMS. A cult that has taken over the courts, that were put into power by an oligarchy of unlimited bribery. With many of the people who are dead set on ending the great experiment that is our constitutional republic. Ending any form of meaningful democratic participation by we the people.

    Starting before the time of Richard Nixon there have been many instances of Leadership of the Republican party and the Corporations moving towards Fascism and now a form of corrupted corporatist fascism in America. Now it is looking as if the Republican party and much of the supreme court is owned Lock Stock and Barrel by the Corporatists. There was the attempted Coup d'etat by certain capitalists that tried to get the American General Smedley Butler, to over throw then President FDR during the great depression.

    Our current situation is a result of a long string on abuses and usurpation, interconnected by greed, and or a lust for power by many elected and appointed officials and corporate leadership. This increased since the institution of the now discredited Neoliberal Economic Models. Neoliberalism ideology put the control of legitimate functions of government in the hands of the monopolistic corporations, banks, The Military Industrial complex, Drug companies and big pharmaceuticals conglomerates, Agribusiness, Fossil fuel; etc. This made for a vast expansion of corruption inside government. This ideology allowed a massive concentration of wealth beyond even the fortunes of the Robber Barron era.

    The current Problem with an unbalanced Supreme Court really began with the Nixon Administration, and what President Johnson called Treason, that put Nixon in the White House.

    Nixon's people around the now infamous CREEP and others, interfered with the Peace Deal that was being negotiated by the President Johnson administration with the Vietnam Leadership, to delay the end of the war. Conspiring with a foreign power to help win the election. The beginning of a long pattern of conspiring with a foreign power to win the Presidency of the US government. Totally ignoring the US Constitution and the important and legitimate functions of the US government and its laws. By the way Nixon was not Prosecuted, but given a pardon by President Ford

    This gave us the seed change in the Supreme Court, that began with Justice Powell being appointed by Nixon, and an attack on unions and the working class. Author of the Powell Memorandum, and who was a corporate lawyer for the US. Chamber of Commerce. In brief, the Powell Memo called for the Corporations to start funding and influencing elections to benefit candidates that were favorable to corporate interests, and to counter the influence of the labor unions. This put on steroids the greed, and deregulation of corporations that are now considered persons by Supreme Court Decisions, contrary to any kind of common sense or historical understanding. Corporations are not persons and Money is not Speech. This became the foundation of the recent notion that corporations main duty is to their share holders and not the common good of the community or society as a whole.

    Near the end of the 1970s, the Islamic Revolution started in Iran. The Shah of Iran, who was widely perceived as a tyrant and American Puppet or western asset, was overthrown while out of the country. A number of Americans were taken hostage and held. The Carter Administration was negotiating for their release. There were allegations that the Reagan Champaign made a deal to delay the release of hostages until after the election, having the Iranian government keep the American hostages until the election was over. The hostages were released within minuets of the inauguration of Reagan. Then the October Surprise allegations went public.

Then there was the Ronald Reagan -Bush Administration and Iran-Contra.

Trading weapons, running drugs and guns to the Contras in Central America, and weapons to Iran.

Bush the elder was already party to the Treason with Iran that made him Vice President. After eight years of Reagan, George H. W. Bush became president. Then pardons were handed out by the Bush administration, while the investigations were still ongoing.

George H W Bush appointed two Supreme Court Justices. One of them, Clarence Thomas is still on the court writing decisions that look to be very bad for the future of constitutional, or other freedoms in America. This decision by SCOTUS must be at considered, at least in part a violation of the cruel and unusual clause of the #8^th Amendment. Thomas is still considered the most Conservative on the court.

When Thomas was Confirmed by the senate, he spoke of Natural Law. According to natural law theory, all people have inherent rights, conferred not by act of legislation, but by the laws of nature and natures god, or by reason and common sense. Where has this notion gone in the reasoning of Justice Thomas?

Can now the state control women, and strip them of control of their own bodies? Put them in prison for having a miscarriage. Have health care denied to them, and abortion, or birth control if they have been raped?

The beginning of blending church and state with evangelical support during the Reagan time moved the non-separation of church and state, into common acceptance by the right wing.

A year ago today, I was sitting here in front of the computer, a nice view of trees out of the window. I had the radio on to KUAR the Little Rock NPR affiliate to get some local weather and news when the radio interrupted the regular show. They cut to a clip from Washington about events at the Capital Rotunda. An attack on the Capital, that started with a “Stop the Steal Rally”. People were swarming the Capital from the rally. The President told his supporters to walk down the Capital. He said “I will be there with you”, but he wasn't.

NPR, January 6^th.

I had been lulled into a calm state of mind, I thought the lies and law suits that all failed, were over. Just the Certificating of the electoral college vote was left. Boy howdy was I wrong! By that night the attack was over at the Capitol. I breathed a sigh of relief. Little did I know that the slide to a corrupted one party system was already being planed by Republican leadership in many of the state capitals around the country. The Big Lie Continues, NPR.

It has become clear that Democracy is not a product, it is a process.

Like Ben Franklin said after the Constitutional Convention. “A Republic, if You can keep it.”

Republicans; A Tradition of Messing with Texas. #Sold out. #Privatization #Plutocracy.

 

Its not as if Texas was enough of a mess before this.

A privatized electric grid. A winter disaster that killed many people because of Privatization, Ala Ronald Reagan. Many more died from the Republican designed privatization than the Texas Republican leadership wants to admit..

This is to say nothing about all the damage to the infrastructure in Texas from the lack of electricity during the #Snowmageddon storm.

Now the 2010 census is ready and its time to reapportion the congressional seats for the State and Federal legislatures.

The Republican leadership know they will loose leadership and both houses if they do not cheat and steal the next election. As if that was not enough the Texas Republicans are hoping to remove many people from the voting rolls and make it harder to vote. There are many more dirty tricks up their sleeves with more to come if they can pull it off. The Democratic leadership and other members have left the state and fled to DC to hopefully get some help from the Dems and stop this continuing disaster

I am from New Mexico, and was still living in New Mexico around the time of the 2000 Census. I remember the State Legislature of Texas was in session and the Democratic Party membership of the legislature left the state of Texas to prevent the Republicans for instituting a new Redistricting map for Legislative seats.

Some of the Texan Democratic Legislators showed up in Santa Fe. The governor of Texas said he was going to send the Texas Rangers to find them and Bring them back. Needless to say the Authority's in New Mexico were not real happy about that idea.

There was still some animosity about Texas and New Mexico. Going back to the time of Spain or the Mexican Revolution, The division of lands, by the Federal government. Everything west of the Rio Grande river in New Mexico was considered part of Texas at one time. New Mexico and many New Mexicans still had title to their land that were land grants from the Queen of Spain. There were Families that felt like the Border crossed New Mexico, more that once. The older People used to say “We didn’t cross the border; the border crossed us”

New Mexico has almost always been quite progressive, since there was such a large ethnic mix since before New Mexico was a state. The Spanish, who exterminated, or conquered dozens of Native tribes. The Scots-Irish that did not get land in the time of the Oklahoma land rush gave away a lot of Native Tribal lands to more foreigners. But I digress! I was Thinking about Oligarchy and Tyranny.

We Now have an Oligarchy of Unlimited Bribery of Unlimited, and Headed towards Tyranny of a single party that has no honor or any shame about Lying to keep their Phony Baloney Jobs.

They Think it is about Money and Greed, and the next election to keep getting massive donations from the corrupt corporations and criminals they are bought off by.

Call your Congressional Representatives and Senators.

Ronald Reagan and George Bush committed treason before being elected, in the perpetration of the Iran Contra Affair.

Richard Nixon committed Treason before he was elected, by interfering with the Viet Nam peace deal that had been set up and negotiated by the Johnson administration.

Al Gore in 1999 failed to call out and name clearly the election as stolen. Call out and name clearly, and then stop the Brooks Brothers Riots, which was planed and organized by Roger Stone, to stop the counting of the ballots. Then the election was stolen by the so called conservative part of the Supreme Court and handed to George Bush Jr on a silver platter. That was just a psychopathic political party testing the waters for stealing future elections. This was setting the stage for future election theft on a grand scale, and to further the cover-up of election theft on a massive scale by Republicans and their operatives.

Trump was saying the elections were rigged before he was the nominee for the Republicans in 2016.

2016 election was stolen?

No one ever investigated the narrow margins that Trump was elected by in the 2016 general election. Nor the many irregularities and massive voter dis enfranchisement of the 2016 election.

He did loose the popular vote by several millions, and only win by a few thousands in the electoral states that put him in the White House.

Trump was behind those that organized and planed the January 6^th attack of the capital in DC. Like a mob boss he suggested criminal activity without actually saying “Pull the trigger”.

Then after the Impeachment trials in the Senate Mitch McConnell comes out and says, Trump was responsible for the attack, after he voted for acquittal? Do you believe in good and evil? You are looking at it. McConnell is also a sociopath, just a more refined type of sociopath than Donald.

Shrinks, that is a psychologist will tell you that you can’t be a shrink until you have lent five bucks to a psychopath. The Republican party lent the party to Trump hoping to get a rich payback. They will never get it back, he is a thief and a murder. He has not admitted remorse for January sixth in DC; and never showed any remorse for the hundreds of thousands of people that have died from the Covid-19 disasters on his watch.

I understand the point of view of some of the people who attacked the US Capitol on January sixth 2021. The ones that are believers of the lies of a President, a President who even challenged and questioned the validity of the voting process that put him in the White House four years before. Supported by Congressmen and Senators that parroted the lies or twisted the truth, to give some credence to the notion that it was a stolen election. Supported by right wing radio, or TV, like The Fairly Unbalanced gang at Fox, OAN, or News Max. Media that for many years promoted spin or outright falsehoods. Social media that did little or nothing until after the disaster in the halls of Congress. Not that I believe any of that for a second, quite to the contrary. If that is what I actually believed, I would be really mad.

The notion that a The former president Obama was not even an American, who was not born in the US, and therefor not a legitimate candidate, much less elected President. The idea the President Irump pushed, that millions of illegal aliens voted in the last presidential election that put Donald in the White house. The Idea that America was going to the join past Democracy's or Republics of the past, in the dust bin of history. That the Media is totally crooked. That We the people would lose our country, then I would also be very mad.

The Nazis and white nationalists and supremacists, I do not understand, I find totally unacceptable in any form.

The History of America has been riddled with violence since before the time of the Colonization by the Brits and other European powers. Violence does not bring remedies, and if not careful could be a farewell tour.

The so called “Discovery” of America by the Italian Sailor and Captain, began the bloody extermination and enslavement of the natives of the Caribbean and then the main lands. The expeditions financed by the oligarchs and Queen of Spain.

The Brits often used the Divide and Conquer strategy, to overcome a land or a people, “How about You and Him fight”. Our People in America are being played off against each other now, today by and for a new kind of Tyrant.

The Americas and Native Peoples were taken over by brutal tactics and for foreign Oligarchs. The Spanish, the French, The Dutch, the Brits. Now America has created our own class of Oligarchs, and a new class of Tyrant that by a crazy stretch of the old common laws beyond all imagination, and a twisting of the Constitution into a pretzel. A class of tyrant so powerful, it is almost impossible to hold accountable in any court of law.

We have a long history of violence, For Good or Evil ends. Many against our own people, The Conquistadors, the French and Indian wars, Colonization and occupation. The Revolutionary War, The war of 1812, The Civil War, The Indian Wars. The wars against the Unions and the redneck wars, that lead to the time frame of the Robber Barron's and Teddy Roosevelt. Two World Wars. The internal fascist movements in America against FDR. Then moving to expansionism of a new form and foreign wars. The Banana Republic wars and the Spanish American war, Philippine-American War, Korean war, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. The internal wars against civil rights movements, against the Peace and Anti-nuke movements, and equal rights for Women, LGBT or inter-sexed people. The new ideological external wars, in central America, Iran Contra wars, wars on drugs in South America and Mexico and inside our country. The Middle and Near East in a fashion of never ending war. Drone wars by remote control as if a video game. For the profit of Corporations and an out of control international Supremacy of the State, and Corporations. Numerous forms of economic warfare, for many reasons, for control of resources and power, or just to preserve a questionable monetary system, unless this might kill the golden goose.

Now another looming internal war, promoted by a lying President who refuses to concede an election that He lost by overwhelming numbers, in spite of receiving the most votes of any republican presidential candidate ever. After losing 64 court battles. Supported by corrupted media that no longer support fact, but play opinions and spin off as “real facts”. Who magnify the lies of dangerous, want to be Oligarchs.

These “Persons” are a new class of tyrant called Corporations. President Eisenhower warned us “Beware of the Military Industrial Congressional complex”. Wars are big business. Now wars for the mining of labor or oil, and resources world wide have become common. Run by stuffed suits in boardrooms or on Wall Street, who steal from everyone in America and the world without ever putting a hand in your pocket.

Corporations that buy and sell our seats for Congressional Representatives or the Senate, Governors and for sure Presidents, and now even local and state governments. Corporations that now have more rights than real living people. These Corporations are now the foundation on which the American fascists stand. Washington and most of the State Governments have been taken over by a new kind of tyrant. Usury Banks, Animal Agriculture and Agribusiness, Fossil fuel corporations, Insurance corporations hand in hand with Big Pharma, the privatization of schools, the privatization of prisons, and to whatever degree our Military. And now the most insidious corporate entity, is the corporate controlled Media, which has become and new international money laundering machine. The only industry mentioned and protected in the Constitution has been subverted by big money.

An economic system that has shipped millions of productive America jobs and American factories overseas, just to profit these new corporate tyrants. Leaving millions of people with little hope for a future, and blaming the losses in the economy on foreigners or dark skinned people. Never admitting that the real problem is the greed of the corporations and the Oligarchy of Big Money.

In an interview with President Jimmy Carter a few years ago, he said that America is no longer a Democracy but an Oligarchy of unlimited bribery. Control must be returned to people and local control, or by counties or states.

When the Donald ran for president, it was a publicity stunt to get more money for the reality show “The Apprentice” and to up grade the Trump brand. The Republicans had been headed to the sell out of America since Ronald Reagan, and regardless of Morals or Principles, and into wholesale corruption since Watergate. The Attack on the Air Traffic Controllers union was a first serious salvo against working people in the early eighties. Trump is just a symptom of the sick system that has sold out the American people for profit. Doing away with controls over Banking and Wall Street, insurance and so called Investments. Turning Wall street and the commodities markets into a glorified gambling casino.

The Corporate Structures and Sold out media, have created these insurrections and sedition we are seeing in America. Created by a Lying President with the enabling of the other Politicians who failed to stand up timely and say that this was not a stolen election. Trump played like he was in it for America or People.

But the real criminal is a form of out of control capitalism that values money and greed over people, and the King Midas corporations that will monetize everything they can and leave nothing for any Real People, the environment, the institutions of federal and state governments, the educational institutions, the infrastructure, and the culture and traditions of America, and the American people. IF you are not making many millions or billions, you are not part of thier plan, but just being used to serve that new class of Tyrant.

Why the polls were right for the 2020 election. A landslide for Democracy.

 

If the Republican party really wanted to keep control of the White House they should have stolen more votes and disenfranchised more people.

Ever since the HAVA, the HELP AMERICA VOTE ACT, exit polls have been more and more off. Not because they are wrong, but they are a reflection of corruption of the voting systems in America.

Exit polling was always right! People remember how they voted five minuets ago! They were often within a few tenths of a point.

Will Congress and New President Joe reauthorize, update and enforce the Voting Rights act? Reverse the Right Wing attack in Shelby v. Holder.

Interstate Cross Check has removed millions of legitimately registered voters from the voter rolls in many states across the US. A fundamentally flawed system with many security flaws. Interstate cross check was recently suspended indefinitely in a federal civil rights lawsuit. Why would elected or appointed officials have made it harder for people to vote?

Why would a local increase in drop off locations be stopped by the Governor?

What reason would a Republican governor and an all Republican Texas Supreme Court have for a limited number of drops for ballots in Texas?

Why limiting numbers of polling stations? Waiting for hours in a line in Georgia to vote during a pandemic.

 In spite of all limitations, people came out by the thousands. Democratic areas and areas with larger populations of non-white voters spent much longer in lines. The long lines are by design. Still Voters stood up to defend our system of government.

How many people had to use a provisional ballot that thought they were still on the list of registered voters? 

Why would so many people think that they are registered that are not?

Why are Paper ballots, and fully audit-able voting systems are essential,  to secure future elections

No more electronic systems with no paper trail, and definitely no privately owned and proprietary systems for voting. Call your Representatives, state and federal

Why during the middle of a pandemic and economic disaster, an attack on the US mail system? The wholesale destruction of hundreds of of high speed mail sorting machines and removal of mail boxes ordered by Louis DeJoy.

 Delaying the mail during the biggest mail in vote election in American history. Delaying the delivery of medicine by mail, and damaging commerce and the economy further. Endangering hundreds of thousand of elderly or unhealthy people, and Veterans.

The failed attempt to dis-enfranchise the most populace county in Michigan.

The President #45 going so far as to call elected officials from Michigan and Pennsylvania to DC in an attempt to overturn the legitimate results from the state. Filing dozens of frivolous law suits to challenge the results of the elections. Done mostly in areas of democratic or mostly voters of color.

In spite of this all, the people of America removed Trump from the White House. Time to take Senate seats in the runoff January Fifth. Help secure the continuation of our democracy. Anything you can do to help.

The problem of money in the American political system has brought us the current corrupted situation in Washington D.C. and the problems in our State Legislatures. The Federal Constitution never granted the authority of the Supreme Court to redefine the meaning of words.

    Buckley v. Valeo which removed limits on campaign donations from corporations and equated money to speech, began the mud slide that ended with Citizen United in 2010.
Money is money, speech is speech.
If a corporation is a person (Which it is not ) and it can spend as much as it like to influence a particular political race, then it is above the equal protection clause as it relates to real persons. That is "We The People" who are limited to how much we are allowed to spend by the campaign laws. This is just a total royal perversion of the original intent of the founders of our Constitutional Republic.

    Political office and elected or appointed officials are bought and sold, or beholden today to those that have donated to their champaign or their particular political parties. The usury banking and financial, insurance scam, including big pharma were the largest doners in the 2016 election cycle. Much of the political process has become a giant money laundering and bribery system to keep the same corrupted profits going to the same crooked political systems that created this mess we are in. 

     Money is not speech. Corporations are not persons. The Supreme Court has become the enemy of the state and the people.  The Republic invisioned by the founders is at a turning point in the history of the United States. Choose well which side of history to stand on. History has judged other failed republics harshly.

The Audacity of Hypocrisy.

So you desire the support of the Berners, Claire McCaskill, do this and we can talk. First there must be an admission that the primary was stolen from the Berners and from Senator Sanders in 2016 by the DNC and their agents.  California primary and the Nevada caucus among others  and outright removal of whole precincts from the voting rolls  , were vast disasters to our republic, C-span would be a good place to start since the regular media will not want to talk about this. Real Honesty and moral principles. Maybe the fixing of the primary was not such a good Idea.
Second you must come out in front of congress and start the discussion about the Voter disenfranchisement disaster that stole the general election ...the  Kris W. Kobach Interstate Crosscheck program that removed millions of legally registered voters from the rolls, under the guise of voter fraud. Anyone who voted on a provisional ballot almost certainly had their vote stolen or what is called spoiled by  the county clerks or Secretary of states.
Then we can talk about BIG dirty money in elections, both Dem and Republicans. Then we can talk about the support you would like from the Greenie progressives and the Berners for Progress​.

Hillary was just as much of a crook along with much of the DNC in the theft of the 2016 primary election, as the RNC and the Republican insiders are of the theft of the General Election 2016. It is still unlikely that the fraud that Trump says is real will be found. VP Mike Pence was investigated for voter suppression in Indiana.
While the DNC likes to play itself off as for the working people, they still are mostly corporate Dems who are beholden to big money. The DNC considered Bernie unelectable while the people and the progressive movements loved him.

Now the most dangerous team of Republican crooks in recent history along with President Lying Donald are running (DC) the district of criminals. And they are one of the Richest, and most beholden to Wall street and banking interests.

The Republicans scream about States rights,The Tenth Amendment (Amendment X) stating that the federal government possesses only those powers delegated to it by the United States Constitution. All remaining powers are reserved for the states or the people. But the republicans are working on forcing there agenda on the states. Immigration is Federal under article 1 section 8 clause 4 of the US Constitution. It is up to the Feds and congress to regulate immigration. Not up to the states to enforce, and definitely not the Cities to do this. There is no authority for the federal judiciary to redefine the meaning of words, like in the Citizens United  case; when money was defined as a form of free speech! There is no authority in the constitution for the federal government to force the cities or the states to do the jobs that are the responsibility of Congress to regulate. Nor is there authority to coerce local governments with threats, or by withholding funding.

Similar problems of so called states rights on issues like minimum wages, pollution control, coal mining or toxic waste, and Clean water or air.  

The Republicans Refused to have a vote on Merrick Garland , but now insist that Neil Gorsuch as Supreme Court justice must be voted on as soon as possible.

His past decision are terrible. Mostly against workers and regular people and in favor of corporations and banks. See his decision about the Hobby Lobby case for example.

The Republicans cry foul about being spied on for their corruption during the election or even before, but now they have passed legislation to sell your whole internet history.  No respect for the Fourth amendment. No respect for privacy unless it is theirs.

Tom Price is an American physician and Republican politician who is currently the newest  United States Secretary of Health and Human Services. A privatization advocate who says he thinks the for profit health industry can do health care for the people best. It is obvious that it is best for the profits of  Tom Price.

Scott Pruitt is now head of the EPA, who only a couple months ago said carbon emissions are not "a primary contributor" to global warming. Why would this guy be put in charge of the EPA after he sued the EPA 14 times. Maybe to protect his big money donors that do the polluting?

June 7, 2016. California. The Justice Gazette reporters and others are conducting an investigation into voting irregularities and the theft of Bernie Sanders's apparent California landslide victory by those supporting Hillary Clinton. According to popular actress Frances Fisher, a lawsuit is being prepared to require the counting of all the provisional ballots. If this lawsuit is successful, the actual vote count is expected to become known and Sanders will likely have a landslide victory in California.

The theft of California hasn't deterred Sanders from his course. He has promised to fight on while noting it is a steep uphill climb. Given all the states where vote fraud in favor of Hillary Clinton has been allowed to swing primaries from Sanders to Clinton, it is in fact a steep uphill climb to restore democracy and force the now undemocratic Democratic Party to nominate the man the vast majority of American voters have voted for or tried to vote for.

It has been learned from poll workers that 50% to 90% of voters who were supposed to have been eligible to vote in the Democratic primary were told they would have to vote provisional ballots. There were two irregularities leading to the forced use of provisional ballots instead of regular ballots. The first was that previously registered voters' names had been removed from the rolls. The second was that someone (in most cases, not the voter) had marked them as vote by mail voters but they had received no ballot in the mail. Oddly, virtually all of those not allowed to vote and forced to vote provisional ballots were Bernie Sanders supporters.

The next oddity is even more curious. Poll workers in Los Angeles and Orange County report that Bernie won the electronic votes in their precincts by well over a 2 to 1 margin, the opposite of the result of the vote count. The contrast between this and the outcome is indicative of vote-flipping. Also the outcome.. outcome does not match what anyone who has conducted polling in this state knows: Below the election night video is a video about black box voting (Hacking Democracy) , The Democratic Party has essentially endorsed this video, showing it at various conventions and another video of a computer programmer confessing to creating a vote-flipping program.

Apparently, there now exists proof millions of votes were dropped from Bernie Sanders candidacy which evidence is apparently being investigated by the FBI, who it is reported, say Bernie Sanders already has enough true votes to have won, and that is NOT Hillary's camp who are responsible for the fraud.

  I knew all along that corruption was going on with California just like the other states. If you watch that documentary "Hacking Democracy", you will understand how easy it is to flip the votes.

So many thousands of voters complaining in so many states and they can only say they saw no illegal action. Nevada was a Un-Democratic as possible. Voting for a decision a half hour before the delegates could enter?
Thousands complaining about incidents at the polls, ballots and now representation. Is there a Fascist Government already in place?

There is NO other option than to re-do the Arizona vote. The numbers in Pima County and Maricopa are particularly glaring. Reports of five-inch thick piles of provisional ballots and up to 2/3 of ballots in a particular voting location in Pima are quite suspicious. Numbers Anonymous is using internally to monitor election results across the country suggest that Sanders should have won student rich, and reliably progressive Pima county comfortably. The lack of polling stations alone in Maricopa County cannot explain how Phoenix, with a Democratic Mayor, could see Republicans show up at the polls on election day to the tune of around 80,000 voters, while Democrats cast a paltry 33,000 votes in Maricopa County on election day. 

Conclusion

At this point, Anonymous quite obviously does not have the required proof to point a finger at any particular person or campaign for the findings in our database and of our vulnerability scan. Non-conspiratorial alternative explanations may emerge for why  perhaps tens of thousands of voters showed up to the polls expecting to be able to vote with the party they had registered with previously and were either denied or forced to vote provisionally. What is unmistakable, at this point, is that something went very badly wrong well beyond the lack of polling stations. The evidence does point to the possibility that something more malicious is happening.

Did the Democratic Party commit Election Fraud in Puerto Rico?   
Days before Hillary Clinton won the primary in Puerto Rico, the party reduced polling locations from 1,510 to 432.
